Hiya Chris.....just beat me to it today matey.....Up early as have bad back pain.....Wonder if anyone can tell me of a strong 'over the counter' painkiller to see thru the weekend...See.Doc tomorrow... Have a goodun all.........
TRY IBUPROFEN, its what I take when needed, it's anti inflamatory, but works for me. There is also a Paracetamol codein mix pill, can't remember a name but several generic versions.
Ibuprofen did not help me at all......Been taking Anadin extra as a last resort,but it worked for a good 4 hours early this morning.......Shouldn't take a lot of asprin i know,but its a case of 'needs must' when you can't lay in bed without the sodden pain.......Will try Solpadol Chris..cheers
John xx Hope the back is feeling better xx You could also try a tube of the 'rub in' pain relievers like Ibuprofen Gel, or Voltarol Gel. They can be very effective for some people xx
Its much better than last night thankyou Elise...xx....Pain had been increasing each day since i jarred my back lifting the roof off my old shed last week.....It was particularly bad last night,& all sorts of other thoughts play on your mind to what else it could be.........Using 'deep heat' spray to.....

ReplyDeleteSOLPADOL is the name I was thinking of, the "efforvescent", fizzy version is quick acting.
