Monday: Dog Day

Good Moaning All

Geeez, there are a lot of tired old dogs and sick puppies on this site, and I'm the saddest of them all, lol.

Doc says I now have shingles!

I wonder if that's as uncomfortable as sand in your bits (after a good time on the beach)?

    Well George, you could turn your misfortune into an advantage if you get any more strong winds and you lose a few tiles off your roof.

    You could climb up on the roof, lay on it and let your shingles replace the lost tiles. Boom, boom!

    I can certainly sympathise with you George, when I got it, I was laid low for Months, because we didn't recognise the symptoms, then when Shirl got it, she got some pills from Doc and was better in a week.

    I hope to be as lucky as Shirley, Chris.
    My doc spotted it immediately and as well as new anti-biotics, I have to take 5 tablets of Aciclovar a day to tackle the problem.

    Here's hoping it's gone in a week.
