I actually managed a lie in until 1030am this morning. It involved James locking me into the bedroom, and running 'blocker' against the tirade of things the kids just 'had to tell Mam' about....who cares....

George xx I can easily see where you are coming from now, and, must admit, I could adopt this leisurely life with great ease and open arms !
How are all the Bollockeers this morning ? "Sair Heids" ? [For those of us North of the Border ! ] Or is it back to business with a crunch ?
We are waking up to an era of increased VAT. Saw petrol increase by 5c a liter yesterday ....bastards....
Yet the cost of living increases, while wages do not. Guess I will have to start advertising my cakes, and make loads of dosh in time for June !
I have had no chance this year [or last] to make my customary speech, and I hope you will all bear with me, as I start now xx
2011 was a terrible year. There is no denying that.
It started with the loss of Paul - Spotty Dogster - and continued through our ranks like the Plague.
We lost Alex, Big Guy, Dad, and Sue's dad Robert Grist so quickly on 30th Dec. Not to mention all the other Guys who were not Bollockeers, but were just as much missed by us all.
It has been a year of grief for us all, I have certainly known none like it.
Thank you to George xx for being there for me. You have been such a friend, that I shudder to think how I would have coped otherwise.
I also want to mention Mike and John. You 2 Guys have kept me sane with great advice, and I know you have worried about me. Thank you Guys xx You are the best!
This site has been a life saver for me, as well as all of you. Yes, we have had a lot of bad knocks in 2011, but, we will overcome this, and stride on purposefully in our battle against PCa. To do otherwise, is just not an option in my book
All that is left to say really, is have a great 2012, and make EVERY day count.

I think that from now on we must have 'La Duck's Speech' as mandatory every 2nd January. It beats the boring old 'Queen's Speech' by a mile.

2011 was a real stinker of a year. I don't think any one of us has ever known so many PCa friends pass on in just 12 short months. It's been unbelievable and heartbreaking to witness.
The sadness has at times overwhelmed us.
But, we carry on here, as ever - saying 'BOLLOCKS TO PCa'.
LET'S ALL DO OUR UTMOST TO MAKE SURE THAT 2012 BRINGS US MORE DAILY BELLY LAUGHS THAN IT DOES BAD NEWS.
And with a bunch of friends as magnificent as you all are....I'm sure we'll succeed.

Year 2012 will be GREAT, so much to look forward to.
Katy has split from Russell so there must be a chance for me there.
May take up archery, need to get my arrows sorted out first.
Maybe get a new part time job to help the community.
So much to do, so little time.
