Good Morning/Evening Monday Peeps,
,,back from the fleshpots of Leicester after a cracking weekend admirably orchestrated by George who managed to procure a microphone during the buffet but disappointed everyone when he refused to give us his rendition of the "Blaydon races!"
for which he is renowed throughout the Jarrow branch of the Pigeon fanciers and Whippet appreciation society.
It was great to meet up with old friends but equally gratifying to see a large number of very welcome new faces and a chance to put faces to the names we see so often on both the PCC site and our own "Bollockeers retreat!"
Lots of pics taken including my own to be added shortly and a more detailed account I am sure after this interim report just to let you know we are back in one piece apart from the expected destruction of a few thousand brain cells!

ReplyDeleteThank God Phil posted a report on the 'do'. I have lost more than just a few grey cells, and my fingers have stopped working too. (Probably all those v-signs I had to keep hurling at Phil!, lol. The ole sea dog was on top form!)

He wouldn't take my advice though.He'd got his eye on an army man, LMAO.

Hi Guys.....we can die together then George? Not even my best Malt is touching these babies......time to draw up a battle plan, will let you know Boss ! It was great having the run of the place. Found Phil's Green, Cheese Grater, Poser Pouch that you had hidden next to your pink Marigolds under the sink.....good hiding place, although Mick nearly had a coronary when he went looking for the Fairy liquid.........
