Lil' Duck arrived in Oxford safely yesterday tea-time, and I hope she's still under her eiderdown right now.
What's all this football talk? Yesterday was a disaster.
Never, in over 100 years has the weather affected a Sunderland game so badly.
At 3pm Wigan won the toss and played with an 80mph wind behind them.
After half time, at 4pm, the wind suddenly worsened, changed direction completely, and poor old Sunderland had to endure ANOTHER 45 mins playing into gusts reaching 100mph.
That's our story here.....and we're sticking to it!! lol
and arsenal drew as well. Tim is so chuffed!!

ReplyDeleteBev, if you are talking about cup-cakes, make several cuts down round one end and bend over slightly so they meet in the centre, then round the top off. It is similar to making xmas crackers when you tie each end to make the neck.
