Well thank you for the accolade George I am humbled,I appreciate your endeavours and have added you back to my Christmas card list after your last unkind remarks about my personage resulted in your removal!LOL

As requested..Post Zoladex pics............November 2008..further Stone and a half gone since then...Now back to fighting weight and stable!LOL..Please feel free to use them any time to take the pi**!!
