Dear Lisa,
I am so very sorry and deeply saddened to hear of your terrible loss.
Every single one of us here can feel your pain and sense your obvious heartbreak. I hope you can feel too... the warmth of all our thoughts, prayers and wishes for you right now.
Lisa, you are certainly not alone in feeling as you do when you have lost someone precious,
I for one, know exactly how it is at this time. Even though it's 9 yrs next week since my own mam died, I remember every moment of the weeks before she left us - the times spent with her in hospital, hoping for a miracle - and the saddest time when I felt all I could say was the same as you did - It's ok to go now, we love you and don't want you to hold on in such pain just for us - It's time now for you to have peace and rest at last.
Lisa, so many of us have gone through the same feelings as you are experiencing. We can't grieve at the time, we 'have to be strong', we have so much to arrange. The tears can't come.
It was about three weeks after my mother's funeral that it hit me and I finally cried. A phone call from someone who was unaware of our loss just set me off. So, please don't worry about your feelings now. I assure you they are very normal.
Please accept our most sincere condolences from me, my wife Lynn, and on behalf of all those at B2PCa who may be away and miss your post.
May God grant you calmness and peace of mind, and the strength to carry you through this next week and after.
Love from us all,
George and Lynn
