About time too!

I see the government are thinking of requiring "Johnny Foreigner" to learn to speak English before they join their spouses in the UK.

If only they would extend this proposal to anyone living in the NE before they are allowed to travel south!

  1. Well excuse me.

    This is you isn't it?

Aren't you the chap who sat near me in the Mill on The Soar recently? If Brenda hadn't interpreted your every word none of us would have had a clue what you were saying.

I never did figure out what nationality you were, but I've a feeling that Brenda thought she'd ordered a male pole-dancer through that internet marriage-broking service she told us about.

Little did she realise you were a cabbage-picking Pole, working the land in Lincolnshire.

    She wus robbed!!
