Buffalo come....
A soldier was given the job of hunting for buffalo. To help him, he hired an Indian Scout. The two of them set off on their journey to find buffalo. After riding awhile, the Indian gets off his horse, puts his ear to the ground and says "Humm, buffalo come".
The soldier scans the area with his binoculars, but sees nothing. He is confused and says to the Indian, "I do not see anything, how do you know buffalo come?"
And the Indian replies, "Ear sticky".
Hi John, Hi Everyone.

THE SENILITY PRAYER God grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked, the good fortune to run into the ones I do, and the eyesight to tell the difference...

ReplyDeleteSorry to read this......thoughts with both Paul & Val.......
ReplyDeleteSee what you mean Elise re - pic.....you have a keen eye just like Mike:-)
Very very sad to hear the news from Val (Tarrawack) about Paul.
ReplyDeleteThey're a lovely couple, who most of us here have known a long time, and have met at the Leicester get-togethers.
It looks like they're going through absolute hell at the moment.
I for one am hoping against hope that Paul will rally round, Let's never ever give up hoping.
Will certainly add them to the list, Elise, sorry I didn't read it until Thursday night though.
ReplyDeleteIF, and when, anyone else knows of any other people needing prayers, please email me.
Chris.
