It is with sadness that I inform you all that Paul passed away peacefully earlier this afternoon.
I am just devastated for Valerie's loss.
Thoughts and prayers are with Val at this very difficult time.

ReplyDeleteThere are many photos of Paul and Val from the 2012 and 2011 get-togthers. I'm sure there will be a good one to post in his honour.
So very many of us got to meet him over the last few years. He was, without doubt, one of us.
He had such a long journey, and it's desperately sad he has now gone, leaving his beloved Val.
I can't deny, all this bad news scares the life out of me, and probably out of all us long term 'survivors'.
DAMN THIS BLOODY ILLNESS!!
RIP Paul, our prayers are with Val and her family but also with you guys who new Paul so well.

George xx It is so unbelievable. I was looking at the MOS photos with Mom, and there was one of dad and Colin, and dad with Paul .... little did we know then what was ahead of us all. It brings it all back in very vivid technicolor to me. Enjoy life while you are here, and do not worry about tomorrow. Rest easy Paul xx
