HOWEVER...
Once our brains catch up with our bodies,
usually after 1pm, we have miraculous transformations
STUD MUFFINS AGAIN!

He is in Charing Cross Hospital, and Sandra is worried sick. PLEASE can we all send him all the positive energy, thoughts and prayers that we can collectively muster. Thank you all so much xxxx
