Did a bit of baking today, thought the cakes might 'pick you up a bit' ... enjoy !!
Well, I am back at work [grrrrr] for the next 3 days.....Have put the below ad' in the local paper, am hoping I get a job offer soon !!
All downhill now to the weekend Bollockeers...time to cut loose and go crazy !

ReplyDeleteFeeling much better today,pain diminished and I am slightly more mobile than a 90 year old carrying a rucksack containg 100lbs of lead and trying to manouver with a one wheeled zimmer frame!!!!....so all good then.LOL

The corner shop baker was a true artist when it came to making birthday cakes. One customer asked him "can you make a birthday cake for my wife, she's an optician?" He agreed and produced a birthday cake in the perfect detail of a winking eye.
His next customer said " can you make a birthday cake for my husband, he's a dentist." He agreed and produced a cake in the shape of an open mouth, including the teeth and tongue.
At that moment another customer began to leave his shop, when the baker asked "can I help you?" The lady turned and said"no, I don't think so,it's my husband birthday today, but he's a gynaecologist".

Rotten day today [so what's new?] Notice pinned up to say that hours are being reduced from August [give me strength] so am thinking of pre-empting her and reducing hours anyway.....watch this space....

Just a quickie to say I'm back in God's Country, but have spent today at hospital for tests etc before I see my onco on Tuesday.
I will be way all day tomorrow, but definitely back online on Sunday - lots to tell ya, and some photos to add on here.
