Saturday, Oh to be on Teesside....

Good MOONING All

A sunny day here on Tyneside, but I'd much rather be 35 miles down the road on Teesside, in a warm hospital bed. Hilary was telling me that Phil has really landed on his feet this time.

He's only gone and got himself the winner of 'The Sexiest Nurse In The World' as his designated carer.

Can you believe he even sent poor Hilary away to buy him some 'more macho looking' pyjamas.

Yes, Phil is doing well now, out of intensive care, and onto the ward he wanted to be in the first place.

Fingers crossed we have him back here soon - but from all I've heard...he may not want to leave in a hurry,

  1. I hope Phil has a happy relationship with the winning nurse.

Here is a picture of the runner up who is far less interesting:-

Looking through some old photo's, here is one I took of Phil walking along the beach

  2. Mornin' Mike : )~

    Yep, that looks like Phil.

    Three points:
    1) I hope it was Birmingham Beach
    2) I hope you were a copper at the time
    3) I hope he was suitably arrested and charged?

    LOL

  3. Hi guys and gals. Glad Phil is on the mend

You guys caused chaos yesterday. Dad was in the waiting room waiitng for his radio and told him one of the great jokes on here involving a synogogue, tax inspector and worse. He laughed so much he was still shaking when lying on the table and they thought he was ill!!!
My slave is working hard today!!

Lots of love and hugs xxx

  4. Hi Bev,

Glad your dad was so tickled in radiotherapy. Gotta admit, my own 37 treatments were a laugh a minute. One day I'll post a photo of the pants I wore for my last treatment. The nurses fell about laughing at the motif on them. Or we weird or what? lol

    I've heard from LA DUCK.
Elise tells me she is working every day except Wednesday...I don't think that's quite true.
I have it on good authority she saw the photo of Phil's nurse, stamped her feet in 'duck 'fury' and was last seen heading into Dublin airport terminal -with a plane ticket for Teesside. : )~

George ?? You are telling Porkies again, or should that be 'Sheepies' ewe are telling !! PMSFL !! Why the heck would I go all the way to Dublin, when Cork has a [fairly] reasonable airport dude ??? Okay, planes fall outta the sky there, but, even so !

If I went anywhere, it would be to Newcastle then onto Jarrow to sort out your skinny ass !
